FRESNO Christian Academy, is a Private School Satellite Program (PSSP) for California families choosing to privately HOMESCHOOL their children. Due to convenient online attendance tracking, our statewide PSSP is now open to ALL Californians. FCA provides a variety of services for our member families for a very affordable annual registration fee.
We welcome children KINDERGARTEN through 12TH GRADES from the public/private school system or from other homeschool groups at any time during the school year!
For a reasonable enrollment fee:
¨ Administrator will meet with you and help you adjust to the world of private homeschooling. This OPTIONAL meeting is available for any parent willing to drive into Fresno, regardless of the distance. This meeting is not a requirement for enrollment in Fresno Christian Academy, PSSP.
¨ If unable to meet personally, Administrator will assist you over the phone or through email.
¨ Administrator will help you transition from public or private school into schooling at home.
¨ Administrator will help you plan the remaining course credits to complete any school year based upon what your child is currently taking in their current school or help you to plot out a new course of study.
¨ Administrator will help you plan a high school course of study using your public school district’s recommendations (find your high school on this list) or help you select a course of study based upon your own preferences within the framework of California high school requirements. If your high school is not listed please let me know and I will assist you in finding it online.
¨ Administrator will offer you FREE diagnostic tests to assist you in placing your child accurately in grade level curriculum. Parents oversee and administer these tests.
¨ Administrator will provide quality and comprehensive curriculum (for an additional fee) or direct you to various curriculum resources available.
